Welcome to Inspire Thai, when we first began, we wanted to create a community, a family. “Lets go to Inspire Thai” is what we wanted everyone to speak about… so that’s exactly what we aimed for. Inspire Thai opened its doors in the year of 2019 with a focus of bringing the real, homely, fresh taste of Thai food to the streets of Melbourne.
We prepare and cook everything fresh for maximum flavour and to be sure there is no compromise in taste, in turn creating the perfect dish every time and every day.
